FAQ
What is split day?
Split-day coverage is ideal for events with a dinner banquet, allowing for coverage during both the morning and evening. There should be a minimum of 4 hours between the two sessions to ensure a seamless experience.
What is the Early Charge?
An early start charge of $60 per hour applies if the videographer needs to arrive before 8 AM. For example, if the start time is 6:30 AM, there will be an additional charge of $90.
When will we get our photos/films?
You will receive a gdrive link with all your videos within maximum 8 weeks.
Will I be able to choose my own music?
Yes, you may choose your own music. If you have no preference I am able to pick the music myself
How is the payment term like?
I will send the invoice to your email. Once everything is aligned, you can sign and deposit 30% via paynow as instructed in the invoice and I will then lock in your date! The remaining payment will be made on the wedding date itself or the day after :)
Am I able to soft-book you for my wedding date?
Reservation of the date will only be based on the 30% deposit that is given. Till then anyone will be able to enquire for the particular date and book their slot.
